Penalty Shootout — Online Prediction Tournament
Call GOAL or SAVE every round, outlast the field, and win the crypto prize pool — a skill-and-prediction game, not a spin-the-wheel casino mechanic.
What is Penalty Shootout?
Penalty Shootout is one of Knockout.Global's prediction tournament game modes. Instead of flipping a coin or calling a card colour, you're reading a striker stepping up to the spot: will the keeper be beaten, or does he pull off the save? Every round you lock in one binary call — GOAL or SAVE — before the timer runs out.
It's built for the same online penalty shootout game fans who'd normally play a football prediction pool, but run as a live, provably-fair elimination tournament with a real crypto prize pool on the line — not a slot machine, not a house-edge casino game.
How a Round Works: GOAL or SAVE
El delantero se prepara. ¿Será gol o lo parará el portero? Elige GOL o PARADA — acierta para avanzar.
Every round is a fresh 50/50 call, resolved by a hardware-seeded, provably-fair random outcome — the outcome is never influenced by anyone's prediction history, streak, or stake size.
Penalty Shootout Tournament Format
Cada torneo consta de varias rondas. En cada ronda, debe hacer una predicción binaria. Si su predicción es correcta, avanza a la siguiente ronda. Si no, queda eliminado.
El torneo continúa hasta que solo queda un jugador. ¡Ese jugador se lleva el bote! Si quedan varios jugadores tras un número determinado de rondas, el bote se reparte equitativamente.
Penalty Shootout tournaments run as Quick Fire (fast, a few minutes), Daily Showdown, and High Roller formats — pick the pace and stakes that suit you, or join for free in Ghost Mode.
Provably Fair — Every Call, Verifiable
Every GOAL/SAVE outcome is generated with hardware-seeded RNG and a SHA-256 commitment published before the round opens, so no one — including us — can know or change the result once predictions are locked in. After the round resolves, you can independently verify the outcome yourself.

Play Solo or as a Team
Penalty Shootout tournaments support both individual entries and team play — group up with friends, share the elimination pressure round to round, and split the prize pool if your team is the last one standing.
