Affiliate Program Terms

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the Knockout referral and affiliate program. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service. By promoting Knockout, sharing your referral link, or claiming commission, you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the affiliate program you must:

• Hold a valid, verified Knockout account in good standing.
• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Not be located in, or promote to, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Comply with these terms, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and advertising standards.

3. How commission works

When someone signs up using your referral link and plays paid tournaments, you earn commission calculated as a share of the platform's house edge on their play. Your effective rate is shown on your referrals page and may be set individually for some affiliates.

Commission is earned only on the genuine, paid activity of validly referred players, and only for the configured earning window from their sign-up. Referrals are single-level: you do not earn on players that your referrals go on to refer.

4. Claiming and payment

Earned commission accumulates in your unclaimed balance. You may move it to your main balance at any time using the Claim action, after which it is spendable and withdrawable like any other funds. You must accept these terms before claiming. We may withhold or reverse commission linked to fraudulent, voided, or charged-back activity.

5. Marketing and promotional content rules

When you promote Knockout you are representing our brand. All content you publish — posts, videos, banners, messages, websites, and paid ads — must comply with the following rules.

You may

• Share your referral link and our official brand assets honestly and in good taste.
• Describe the games, tournaments, and prizes accurately, using current information.
• Create your own promotional media, provided it is truthful and follows these rules.

You may not

• Make misleading, false, or exaggerated claims, including any "guaranteed win", "risk-free", or "no-lose" messaging.
• Target or appeal to anyone under 18, or place content where it is likely to be seen mainly by minors.
• Spam — send unsolicited bulk email, messages, comments, or posts to promote your link.
• Bid on, or register, domains or paid-search keywords containing "Knockout" or our trademarks, or impersonate Knockout.
• Promote to, or in, jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.
• Offer unauthorised incentives, rebates, or cashback for signing up through your link.
• Use our brand assets in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or implies a partnership or endorsement we have not granted.
• Omit responsible-gaming and age (18+) messaging where it is required by law or by these terms.

6. Responsible advertising and required messaging

Gaming promotion is socially responsible advertising. Where your content promotes real-money play you must:

• Include clear 18+ and responsible-gaming messaging (for example "18+. Play responsibly.").
• Never present gaming as a solution to financial problems or a way to make a living.
• Never pressure, shame, or exploit vulnerable people, and never imply that play guarantees income.

7. Brand assets

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the official assets in the Media Kit solely to promote Knockout in line with these terms. You may not alter our logos or create confusingly similar marks. We may withdraw this licence or any specific asset at any time.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referral — referring your own additional or duplicate accounts.
• Creating fake accounts, bots, or otherwise inflating referrals or activity.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour designed to generate commission.
• Circumventing tracking, attribution, or these terms by any means.
• Breaching applicable law, advertising codes, or third-party platform rules.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold or reverse commission, and disable your referral code at our discretion — in particular for breach of these terms or any prohibited conduct. We may also suspend the program or change commission terms at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we may ask you to accept the updated terms before you can continue to claim commission. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
